CN-PLUTUS-01

Prevents script-result drift across nodes.

Cardano-specific: Plutus scripts are a Cardano feature. ENFORCED (A4 -- registry-bound conformance manifest docs/evidence/plutus-conformance-manifest.toml, gate ci_check_plutus_conformance.sh). Two parts: (A) deterministic result -- structurally enforced by CN-PLUTUS-04 (ci_check_plutus_eval_purity.sh: no host-environment / nondeterminism in ade_plutus) plus plutus_eval_is_deterministic (repeat-eval byte-identical); (B) result + budget CORRECT against the IOG reference -- the manifest binds pinned aiken commit 42babe5 (verified vs Cargo.lock), pinned IOG plutus-conformance corpus 643ddd13 + content sha256 83e8f447, repeatable + tamper-tested manifest hash a23bfabc, and plutus_conformance_evaluation_suite asserts the EXACT outcome (CI fails on any diverge). RESULT PARITY is 514/514 over runnable cases: 495 byte-exact results and 19 alpha-equivalent pretty-printer divergences. The 19 alpha-equivalent cases are structurally identical after DeBruijn normalization and have byte-exact ex_units, so they are classified as printer divergence, not semantic result mismatch -- the authoritative result is the semantic evaluator outcome plus budget, not incidental variable-name pretty-printing. EX_UNITS parity is byte-exact 514/514 (budget_mismatch=0); result_mismatch=0, parse_failed=0, false-accepts=0, false-rejects=0 among runnable cases. 214 cases skipped: PV11-inactive and aiken v1.1.21 parser-limited cases -- classified skips, NOT false rejects, and they do NOT discharge CN-PLUTUS-03 / DC-LEDGER-06. SCOPE CAVEAT: enforced for the pinned runnable IOG conformance corpus under the pinned aiken evaluator and current supported protocol surface; PV11-inactive / parser-limited cases remain classified skips and do not imply CN-PLUTUS-03 or DC-LEDGER-06 enforcement, nor full future-era Plutus coverage.
