Evidence notes

Universal: no platform-dependent behavior may affect authoritative computation. Direct consequence of T-CORE-02. ENFORCED (A2): ci_check_plutus_eval_purity.sh mechanically forbids wall-clock / rand / env / fs / net / thread / process / HashMap / HashSet anywhere in ade_plutus/src (self-tested -- it detects an injected SystemTime::now() and clears a pure file). SCOPE: the gate covers Ade's evaluator-integration crate, not aiken's internals; the pinned aiken commit is the deterministic UPLC engine, separately validated by the IOG conformance harness.
