PHASE4-N-L S1+S4 (2026-05-26) added ci/ci_check_handshake_closure.sh + the session::handshake_driver wrapper that composes n2n_transition over an opaque Transport trait. No second n2n_transition / n2c_transition fn exists in the workspace.
