DC derived enforcedEvery admission JSONL block-event carries consensus_inputs_fingerprint. BlockAdmitted, AgreementVerdict, BootstrapComplete, and AdmissionStarted events emit the consensus_inputs_fingerprint_hex field. The admission JSONL vocabulary stays CLOSED — the field is added to existing variants, NOT a new variant. The fingerprint is the load-bearing binding between the operator-supplied oracle (LiveConsensusInputs) and every BLUE-authority claim the transcript makes.
