DC derived enforcedBLUE consensus must consume the HFC schedule only as a typed EraSchedule value anchored to BootstrapAnchorHash. Genesis text parsing happens in RED; BLUE never reads files, JSON, or operator config directly. The schedule is part of replay evidence.
