DC derived enforcedContinuous relay sync: every loop iteration preserves durable-before-advance (DC-SYNC-01) and advances the tip ONLY through run_node_sync -> pump_block. Verdict / admission / follower paths (derive_verdict, run_admission, ade_core_interop::follow) cannot drive the live tip, and there is no manual tip advance (put_block / AdvanceTip / rollback_to_slot) outside the pump.
