RO-GENESIS-REPLAY-01

Ade independently replays the chain from byron genesis through the bootstrap point P, producing the same UTxOState the oracle seed provides. Closes the "Ade has independently replayed genesis → P" honest-scope claim left open at PHASE4-N-M-A close.

Carried as an open obligation because the era-transition sequence (byron → shelley → allegra → mary → alonzo → babbage → conway) requires multi-month work that is NOT bounty-critical. Mithril-authenticated import (RO-MITHRIL-IMPORT-01) is a partial alternative.
