RO release partialA committed snapshot->tip sync-evidence manifest carries the closed schema (oracle versions, chain point, fixture refs, sha256, diff/acceptance result) and its sha256 cross-checks the committed fixture; the gate is vacuously satisfied until a manifest is committed (mirrors CN-OPERATOR-EVIDENCE-01). Each discovered Haskell mismatch becomes a named regression fixture under corpus/sync/regressions/. The two-Haskell- node private-Conway-testnet live leg is operator-witnessed.
