RED

RED submodule RED

Purpose: The single socket-I/O + async surface within ade_network — the RED imperative shell carrying the tokio mux transport. The BLUE submodules route framing through mux::frame; this is the only place async/sockets live.
MUST NOT: (1) Construct semantic types. (2) Bypass mux::frame for framing. (3) Live in BLUE scope (gated by ci_check_no_async_in_blue.sh).
Inbound deps: ade_runtime, ade_node, ade_core_interop.
Outbound deps: ade_codec, ade_types, tokio.
Entry points: ade_network::mux::transport::*.
Creates (RED-only): MuxTransportHandle + transport policy/runtime types; never semantic types.
