Purpose

Quarantine boundary between the Ade-canonical ledger and the ported UPLC evaluator from aiken-lang/aiken (pinned tag v1.1.21). A per-script declared-ex_units cap closes a Plutus false-accept. (No change across the span — ade_plutus is 9, byte-stable.)

Creates

PlutusScript, PlutusLanguage, EvalOutput, PlutusError, CostModels, DecoderMode, PerScriptResult, TxEvalResult, RedeemerFields. 9 top-level types.

Interprets

UPLC scripts (Plutus V1/V2/V3) and CostModels CBOR; phase-two tx evaluation with the per-script declared-ex_units cap.

MUST NOT

(1) Re-export any pallas_* or aiken_uplc:: type. (2) Let another BLUE crate bypass the canonical entry. (3) Activate PV11 builtins. (4) Use any BLUE-forbidden pattern. (5) Construct PreservedCbor outside ade_codec. (6, CN-PLUTUS-01/04) phase-two evaluation fails closed on a script exceeding its declared per-script ex_units, under host-environment purity.
